DESCRIPTION
Special plastic mould release for hot runner systems.
Multi-purpose product as a substitute for silicones in difficult demoulding operations.
Allows all subsequent coating operations: painting, silk screen printing, or any decoration.
Colourless, odourless product, with special non-stick properties at interfaces.
Can also be used as a lubricating agent in clean rooms, and in compression, waterproofing, or surface polishing operations, or as a non-stick for welding spatter.
Can be used on all materials, such as steel, plastics, elastomers, and wood.
Can also be used as a surface reactivation agent to inhibit the action of silicones before painting.
Guaranteed free from CFCs, T111, Dichloromethane, Perchloroethylene, and Trichloroethylene.
Also free from benzene and aromatic compounds.

Plastic injection treatment of hot moulds
2D and 3D extrusion blow moulding, non-stick for complex shapes
Demoulding of polymers, thermosets and thermoplastics, including elastomers
Treatment of press platens in paper mills, cardboard mills, wood, abrasive cellulose fibres, recycled products.
Slip agent for skins on PU cores in automotive manufacturing.
Non-stick for polyurethane foam.
Non-stick agent for mouldings, aluminium, ZamaK, lead.
Demoulding of porous materials with mineral loads.
Treatment of core boxes in pressure casting.
Lubrication of guides, high-speed conveyors in the food industry.
Treatment of cutters, shaping tools for blister packing and shells.
High-speed stretching of PE films
